july - retrospective

it has been a year since i began jewelry of the month. to celebrate i am doing a little retrospective by reintroducing each month’s piece on etsy. all remaining pieces are now for sale at my etsy shop and all have been discounted by $10. these pieces will be available until september 1 when i restart the project again with all new editions and collaborations.

jewelry of the month has been a very interesting, challenging, and fun endeavor. i will be taking the summer off from listing new pieces so i can have some time to develop the project a little bit more. i will be working on some new ideas and lining up another round of collaborations.

jewelry of the month is a way for me to realize
designs that don’t fit into my regular collections
or studio jewelry. these pieces are an opportunity
to take ideas from sketchbook to workbench and
share them with you.

each edition will be limited to less than 10
and will come with a numbered and signed card.
each item will sell for under $120. i plan to
use unusual materials like vintage wallpaper, new
techniques like sewing, and i will collaborate
with friends who work in other media like book arts
and clay.
