Policies

Shipping:

I make most orders to order, and it generally takes me 2-5 business days. Then, once I have shipped your order to you, it should take 2-3 business days to arrive via USPS Priority Mail. The shipping rate is a flat rate of $10.00. You will receive an order confirmation when you place your order and a shipping notification with tracking once it ships. Amy Tavern Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or for any delays once the package has been shipped.

If you have questions or concerns about your order or its ship time, would like faster shipping, or would like to ship outside of the US, please email me at atavern@amytavern.com.

Packaging:

All jewelry pieces are shipped in a gift box with a logo sticker, jewelry card, and ribbon. If your order is a gift and you would like to enclose a special note as well as leave out the packing slip, please email me at atavern@amytavern.com when you place your order. I am happy to include your note in the box and email you a digital copy of the packing slip.

Returns:

I offer exchanges or a credit good for one year for unworn pieces within 10 days of receipt. Please contact me at atavern@amytavern.com for instructions before proceeding.

Jewelry Care:

To prolong the condition of your jewelry after each wear, I recommend storing it inside the plastic bag and/or jewelry box it arrives in and always store it in a dry place. (Please avoid keeping your jewelry in your bathroom.) Proper storage will help maintain the original finish of your piece and prevent tarnish. To clean your piece, gently scrub with a soft toothbrush and soap and water. Do not use a polishing cloth or tarnish remover; both will remove the oxidization that is intended for the piece. 

Damaged or Broken Jewelry:

If your piece breaks due to flaws in the craftspersonship, I will repair it for free within the first year of purchase. If the jewelry was purchased over a year ago, I will still repair it for a small fee. Please contact me for more info at atavern@amytavern.com. Amy Tavern Jewelry is not responsible for mistreated, lost, or stolen jewelry.

Privacy:

I will never share your email with anyone or auto-add you to my mailing list. I will only use your email to communicate with you about your order.
